Day 1 – Nairobi Wilson – Ol Pejeta Conservancy
You will be picked from your Nairobi hotel and be transferred to the Wilson airport for your flight to Ol Pejeta Conservancy. The flight departs at 08.00Hours. Arrive at Nanyuki airstrip at 09:30Hours you will be met by our representative from camp who will transfer you to the camp. Enjoy a game drive enroute to the camp. Ol Pejeta Conservancy and its sumptuous ranch were once the private domain of famed multi-millionaire, Adnan Kashoggi. We visit the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, a charming haven established by the Jane Goodall Institute to provide sanctuary to orphaned chimps, and the specially protected and fenced refuge of black rhino with its stunning forty specimens! Infact Ol Pejeta Conservancy boasts excellent game viewing with the highest ratio of game to area of any park or reserve in Kenya. Moreover, the camp has its own private waterhole and salt lick so we’ll be guaranteed unprecedented close encounters. Day 2 & 3 – Ol Pejeta Conservancy
2Full days will spent. A lot of activities are available in Nanyuki/Ol-Pejeta Conservancy such as Horse Riding‚ visit to Jane Goodall Chimpanzee Sanctuary‚ mountain climbing‚ Guided Bush Walks River‚ Lion Tracking or Night Game drives. Take a morning or an evening ride within the 600-acre Endangered Species Enclosure‚ accompanied by knowledgeable staff on Ol Pejeta’s safari horses. Thanks to Ol Pejeta Conservancy’s private status it is able to offer night game drives‚ an activity not available in most national parks and reserves in Kenya. A unique opportunity to track and learn about the lions of Ol Pejeta and contribute towards their conservation. A unique opportunity to learn more about the day-to-day care of the chimpanzees in our care. The bush walk gives visitors the opportunity to learn about game trails and spoor identification as well as the insects‚ birds and smaller mammals of Ol Pejeta. An Optional visit to Ol Pejeta is home to two of the world’s last remaining northern white rhinos, and a sanctuary for over 140 critically endangered black rhinos Fatu and Najin at a cost of US$50. Day 04 – Nanyuki – Nairobi Wilson Airport
Today you will have an early morning game drive later return to the camp for breakfast, check out with an enroute game to the airstrip for your departure flight that leaves at 11:30am to Nairobi and arrive Nairobi Wilson at 13:15. Meal Plan: Breakfast
