Day 2 Olpejeta - Lake Nakuru National Park - Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge

We shall depart Olpejeta this morning and drive along the floor to the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park arriving in time for lunch. The park Kenya’s first rhino sanctuary and one of the largest concentrations of black rhinoceros in the world a large population of white rhino. Also of interest is an area fenced off as a sanctuary to protect Rothschild giraffes. Among predators are lion, leopard and large pythons hiding in the dense woodlands which may occasionally be seen crossing roads or dangling from trees. Other game includes Thomson’s and Grant gazelle, the long- eared leaf-nosed bat, colobus monkey, rock hyrax, hippo, and waterbuck; Impala, striped hyena, bat-eared fox, wildcat, reedbuck and golden cat. Day 4 Masai Mara Game Reserve - Mara Serena Safari Lodge

Full day spent exploring the park in search of the big 5. Optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost of US$450 per person. Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant. Mara is the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti Tanzania in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna - lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena, and vultures. Day 6 Lake Naivasha - Amboseli National Park - Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge

After an early sumptuous breakfast depart to Amboseli National Park, which provides the classic Hollywood image of Africa. Set in rolling savannah scenery, it is dwarfed by the presence of the pink-tinged, snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing volcanic mountain in the world and topped by one fifth of all the ice in Africa. Against this magnificent backdrop roam vast herds of ‘giant’ elephant accompanied by a kaleidoscope of other fabulous beasts – lion, buffalo, cheetah, giraffe, baboon, gazelle hippo and wildebeest. The Park is an ornithological paradise with over 400 species of birds, all manner of reptilian, flora & fauna and some of the most soul-searing views in Africa. Arrive at your preferred choice of accommodation for check in and some delicious lunch. Afternoon game drive in search of the ‘big five’ among other animals. Day 8 Departure Nairobi

An early morning game drive later return to the camp. Enjoy your breakfast at leisure then check out and drive with a game viewing as we exit to Nairobi where you will be transferred to the airport. Meal Plan: Breakfast, End of Services.
